What happens after you get in touch.

We read your enquiry carefully, usually within a few hours.

We come back with a few questions or, if the project is straightforward, an initial proposal framework.
3.
We schedule a call (usually 30 to 45 minutes) to understand what you're working on and whether research is right for it.
4.
We provide a written proposal with recommended approach, timeline and indicative investment.
5.
If you're happy with the proposal, we get started. If not, we'll refine it until it's right.
