We had previously used a free survey tool and were mostly happy with "going it alone". It was a real eye opener to engage the services of Survey Matters for our second reader survey. We still used our same free tool - but this time we got significantly more insight and understanding. We implemented the recommendations that were made, and the survey was made easier for our readers to do and much easier for us to analyse. The survey was easy to navigate, professionally presented and the questions well defined. I was really impressed with how detailed the final report was and the mix of formats used, text, tables and graphs.
