Rebecca Sullivan
Rebecca Sullivan, holds a Masters of Business and IT from Melbourne University, and has spent the past nine years conducting stakeholder surveys. Rebecca combines strategic business analysis and research skills with an understanding of the information necessary to drive business improvement. Her awareness of current trends and methodologies in survey processes and technologies, and an in-depth knowledge of employee and customer engagement research, provide Survey Matters with the ideal combination of skills and experience.
Brenda Mainland
Brenda has a Masters of Management from Monash University. She has over twenty years experience in business – including general and people management, sales and marketing and project management. With indepth knowledge of outsourcing, customer service, organisational development and change, she has witnessed first-hand the effect that applying information and knowledge about stakeholders’ perspectives has on driving business success.
Her project management and outsourcing experience, coupled with her customer focus, ensures all our surveys are completed on time and within budget, and that the results are practical and relevant.
